Following the creation of the Foundation, the development of the NÁNTHEA Academy begins one of the project’s core pillars.

The academy is conceived as both an educational and sporting space where football is understood as a tool for holistic development. A place to learn how to play, but also how to connect, express oneself, and grow within a community.

During this initial phase, the team is working on designing the methodology, structuring the teams, and defining support processes always guided by NÁNTHEA’s core values: respect, equality, courage, and commitment.

The Academy will be where purpose becomes everyday action.
